Job Summary
A company is looking for a QA Representative II to monitor and maintain quality assurance processes within the Quality Assurance Department.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, review, and analyze data to ensure accurate onboarding of merchant customers across systems
- Review merchant account pricing for accuracy and correct discrepancies as needed
- Regularly audit merchant accounts for accuracy and PCI compliance
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in finance, business, or similar is a plus
- 2-5 years of experience in payment processing
- In-depth knowledge of TSYS and/or PPM, Fiserv
- Knowledge of merchant pricing
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite, including Microsoft Excel
