Quality Control Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Quality Control Analyst to join their Veterans Evaluation Services team.

Key Responsibilities

• Review Medical Disability Examination (MDE) reports and Disability Benefits Questionnaires (DBQs) for consistency and completeness
• Communicate with medical providers to facilitate necessary corrections to MDE reports and DBQs prior to submission to the VA
• Perform daily queue maintenance to ensure all cases have updated notes and required actions taken

Required Qualifications

• Associate degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Two years of Quality experience may substitute for educational requirement
• Experience in Healthcare or Quality preferred
• Intermediate knowledge of medical terminology
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Products
