Job Summary

A company is looking for a Quality Control Specialist to perform audits and maintain accurate reports related to insurance processing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct quality control audits of insurance updates to ensure compliance with procedures and SLA agreements
  • Review internal control procedures and assess the support and recording of insurance processing transactions
  • Identify inefficiencies in business processes and recommend improvements to enhance accuracy and efficiency
Required Qualifications
  • Associate's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of two years of experience in process improvements and insurance processing, preferably in the insurance industry
  • Quality control auditing experience is preferred
  • Basic understanding of Auto and Mortgage Insurance
  • Familiarity with internal control procedures and ability to analyze transaction-level data
