Job Summary
A company is looking for a Quality Control Specialist to perform audits and maintain accurate reports related to insurance processing.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct quality control audits of insurance updates to ensure compliance with procedures and SLA agreements
- Review internal control procedures and assess the support and recording of insurance processing transactions
- Identify inefficiencies in business processes and recommend improvements to enhance accuracy and efficiency
Required Qualifications
- Associate's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Minimum of two years of experience in process improvements and insurance processing, preferably in the insurance industry
- Quality control auditing experience is preferred
- Basic understanding of Auto and Mortgage Insurance
- Familiarity with internal control procedures and ability to analyze transaction-level data
