Job Summary
A company is looking for a Radiology Customer Support Representative to provide support to clients and facilities through effective communication and issue resolution.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist client facilities with issues related to case transmissions, user errors, and account management
- Handle inbound calls, support emails, and chats while documenting all actions and communications
- Prioritize and escalate issues as necessary, maintaining communication with clients and internal staff
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred; biology coursework required
- A minimum of 1 year of healthcare work experience may substitute for education
- At least 100 hours of work, volunteer, or shadowing experience in the healthcare field required
- Experience in a direct patient care environment preferred
- Basic understanding of medical terminology and general medical knowledge
