- Foster connections among team members to solve problems and enhance operational efficiency across the region
- Support and deploy shared services, lead discussions among Office Leaders, and manage post-close integration of newly acquired offices
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business or related disciplines
- 10-15 years of management experience with a proven track record in leadership and strategic planning
- Graduate degree or MBA is preferred but not required
- Professional certifications in relevant fields may be necessary for specific offices
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite
