Job Summary

A company is looking for a Regional Director responsible for the performance and strategic direction of offices within a defined geography.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and execute market opportunities for collaboration on sales, service, and operations while managing financial performance and driving change
• Foster connections among team members to solve problems and enhance operational efficiency across the region
• Support and deploy shared services, lead discussions among Office Leaders, and manage post-close integration of newly acquired offices

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related disciplines
• 10-15 years of management experience with a proven track record in leadership and strategic planning
• Graduate degree or MBA is preferred but not required
• Professional certifications in relevant fields may be necessary for specific offices
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite
