Key Responsibilities
- Track expert onboarding and payment status, ensuring internal records are accurate and up to date
- Monitor logged hours and task submissions, collaborating with Project Managers to address discrepancies
- Support referral operations by maintaining records and coordinating follow-ups with referrers and referees
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in operations, administrative support, or community coordination
- Strong organizational skills with a focus on maintaining structured and updated processes
- Comfortable working with tools like Coda, Slack, Discord, and Google Workspace
- Ability to remain productive in asynchronous, remote-first environments
- Proactive mindset with a tendency to flag issues and follow through on tasks
