Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the management of client distribution and supply chain operations
• Implement and maintain operational processes, prepare performance reports, and drive improvements
• Provide leadership and direction for managers and supervisors while ensuring compliance with policies

Required Qualifications and Education

• 7 years of managerial/supervisory experience
• Experience with Microsoft Office and computerized scanner equipment
• Availability for a flexible schedule, including planned and unplanned overtime
• Bachelor's or master's degree is preferred
• Experience in supply chain management in a distribution environment is a plus
