- Coordinate with market team members to manage client accounts and care plans effectively
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in a customer service role
- 6+ months in a complex client or patient management position
- 1+ years in a lead role
- Strong commitment to quality care and exceptional customer service
- Flexibility to work on at least one weekend day
