Key Responsibilities
- Develop and lead a regional team of Customer Enablement Architects to support customer success through training and upskilling
- Collaborate with Go-To-Market teams to create enablement strategies tailored to customer segments
- Report on training metrics and guide actions for training bookings and revenue execution
Required Qualifications
- 7 - 10 years of experience in technology education with a focus on people leadership
- Experience in training development, customer support, and product go-to-market strategies
- Technical understanding of curriculum and certifications to support team coaching
- Proven ability to develop and lead a regional team of enablement specialists
- Experience in Customer Success or managing a book of business
