Registered Nurse - Senior Care

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Registered Nurse for Senior Care in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Utilize nursing processes to provide care for assisted living and long-term care residents via phone and video technology
• Coordinate clinical and operational components of the Senior Care Service line and collaborate with the healthcare team
• Document clinical work, assess resident health data, and implement care plans while evaluating resident progress

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Graduate from a CCNE or NLN accredited nursing school preferred; approved nursing program acceptable
• Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred
• Minimum of 2 years nursing experience required
• Experience in Long Term Care, Assisted Living, or clinic triage preferred
• Licensed as a Registered Nurse with one unrestricted state license required
