Key Responsibilities
- Review recorded calls and documentation to evaluate accuracy and compliance with standards
- Score interactions and provide feedback to improve team performance
- Prepare performance reports and participate in quality improvement initiatives
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; related degree or certification is a plus
- 3+ years of experience in patient support or healthcare customer service preferred
- Prior experience in call center supervision or call quality auditing required
- Skilled in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Must reside in the U.S. (excluding specific states) and have a reliable internet connection
