Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED required; related degree or certification is a plus
  • 3+ years of experience in patient support or healthcare customer service preferred
  • Prior experience in call center supervision or call quality auditing required
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Must reside in the U.S. (excluding specific states) and have a reliable internet connection
