• Oversee the month-end close accounting process, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
• Coordinate communication between corporate leadership and local site financial teams
• Conduct monthly and quarterly operating reviews, providing actionable insights for improvement

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field from an accredited institution
• 5-7 years of experience in an Accounting or Finance role
• General accounting knowledge
• Master's Degree in Business Administration preferred
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Management Accountant (CMA) preferred
