Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Answer inbound phone calls regarding customer benefits and troubleshoot website issues
• Utilize computer navigation skills to assist customers and document interactions accurately
• Provide support for application status inquiries and general customer questions

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Entry-level position with no prior experience required
• Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience preferred
• Basic computer skills and data entry experience
• Ability to work up to 5 hours of overtime per week
