Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative (REMOTE).
Key Responsibilities
- Provide phone and email support for inquiries from sales and healthcare professionals
- Process order entries, verify order statuses, and manage return orders through a multichannel system
- Maintain accurate record-keeping and participate in continuous improvement projects as needed
Required Qualifications
- At least 2 years of direct Customer Service or Call Center experience
- High School diploma or GED equivalent
- Ability to work flexible hours to support business needs
- Preferred: Associate's or Bachelor's Degree
- Preferred: Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, GHX, EDI, Salesforce, Genesys, and/or Power BI
