Key Responsibilities
- Investigates potential credit card fraud cases and analyzes account history
- Responds to account inquiries and assists with lost/stolen reports and credit card replacements
- Maintains documentation and begins to build knowledge of fraudulent activity identification
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Recent contact center or work-from-home experience
- Open to a flexible work schedule, including mid to late shifts and weekends
- Minimum internet speed requirements for remote work
- Must pass a background check including criminal and credit checks
