A company is looking for an Outbound Customer Service Representative (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the Coverage Kanban to ensure timely coverage of assigned hearings
- Provide onboarding and training for attorneys, including online resources and FAQs
- Maintain communication with clients regarding hearing statuses and address customer service inquiries
Required Qualifications
- Experience in team building
- Prior experience in phone sales, instruction, or coordination is helpful but not required
- Legal experience or education is beneficial but not required
- Proficiency in English is essential
- Must reflect a professional demeanor on the telephone
