Remote Lab Dispatcher

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lab Dispatcher to manage service orders remotely during the 2nd shift.

Key Responsibilities

• Dispatch orders for services to field personnel within 15 minutes of order entry
• Document changes to orders and coordinate ETA with technicians and facilities
• Assist with inbound customer service calls as needed

Required Qualifications

• High School Graduate or GED
• Proficient to expert use of Microsoft Office software
• Ability to focus in a busy call center environment
• Must have a private workspace free from distractions
• Must have a high-speed internet connection suitable for VoIP communications
