Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Licensed Therapist - Part Time Contractor.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver remote care through a short-term, evidence-based program
• Monitor participant progress, provide follow-up communications, and document session notes
• Participate in care team meetings and assist participants in accessing resources

Required Qualifications

• Current Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) / Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) or state equivalent
• Ability to maintain a consistent minimum of 10 hours a week
• Currently eligible to enroll in the Medicare program or able to terminate opt-out prior to starting
