Job Summary
A company is looking for a Research Director to lead client relationships and project management within the Consumer Insights team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain strong client relationships while balancing client needs with company objectives
- Oversee the development of survey questionnaires, analytic plans, and comprehensive reports to deliver impactful insights
- Lead a team of researchers, providing training and coaching while ensuring project plans are executed on time and within budget
Required Qualifications
- At least 7+ years of experience in global project management of complex quantitative research projects
- Minimum of 2+ years in a Research Manager or Senior Manager role in a Strategic Analytics & Insights Team
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office and Google software suite
- Experience with segmentation, path to purchase, and market landscape projects
- Dedication to mastering new software relevant to the Consumer Insights practice
