Job Summary

A company is looking for a Research Manager to lead and enhance its research function focused on crypto analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day research workflows and collaborate with Research Engineers to develop sector-specific reports
• Drive analysis, coordinate feedback, and oversee the editorial process from draft to publication
• Shape the research agenda and implement initiatives to maximize reach and distribution of reports

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in crypto research or related analytical fields
• Strong understanding of blockchain-based businesses and market positioning
• Experience with data science concepts and statistical analysis
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Experience working in a remote or distributed team environment is a plus
