Research Technician III

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Research Technician III to support a research program focused on restoring vision after optic nerve damage.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform independent laboratory work, including experimental protocol determination and specimen preparation
• Support small animal surgery, tissue procurement, histology, and immune labeling
• Prepare reports, develop documentation for publication, and oversee specimen inventory

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in biology or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
• Prior experience with murine research and immunohistochemistry is preferred
• Combination of education and relevant experience will be considered in lieu of education and/or experience requirement
