A company is looking for a Retention Marketing Strategist.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, execute, and analyze retention marketing campaigns, including segmentation and behavior-based messaging
- Lead the strategy and execution of marketing initiatives to optimize player retention and lifecycle strategies
- Monitor campaign performance and provide data-driven recommendations for optimization
Required Qualifications
- BA/BS in Marketing or equivalent experience
- 2 years of experience in iGaming, iLottery, or Casino industries
- 5 years of experience in Retention or Loyalty Marketing or CRM roles
- At least three years of experience designing and analyzing email marketing campaigns
- Good working knowledge of HTML and experience with ESPs like Bloomreach or Salesforce preferred
