Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Manager of Lead Management to optimize lead tracking and alignment between marketing and sales teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with sales leadership to gather requirements for lead qualification and establish service-level agreements for lead handoff
- Partner with Analytics & Intelligence to develop lead scoring models and operationalize tracking systems for lead engagement
- Oversee lead nurturing programs and identify bottlenecks in the lead-to-revenue pipeline to enhance conversion cycles
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in demand generation or lead management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
- Strong expertise in lead scoring, tracking systems, and marketing automation platforms
- Experience managing marketing databases and ensuring compliance with data regulations
- Proven ability to align marketing and sales teams in a B2B SaaS environment
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field; advanced certifications are a plus
