Key Responsibilities
- Challenge best practices and seek opportunities to drive process improvements
- Own management decisions regarding daily operations within assigned hospital(s)
- Partner with customer executive management team to collaborate on financial and operational metrics
Required Qualifications
- 5-8 years of revenue cycle experience, with 2 years in a supervisory role
- Experience with analytics tools such as PowerBI
- Knowledge of MS Office Products (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Medical Group/physician revenue cycle experience preferred
- Demonstrated ability to drive change and gain buy-in across departments
