Job Summary
A company is looking for a Revenue Integrity Analyst 3 to support revenue integrity initiatives and ensure accurate billing and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead daily Charge Description Master (CDM) maintenance and audit evaluations
- Assist in training and orientation for clinical staff on revenue cycle processes and compliance
- Analyze financial data and trends to identify areas for revenue cycle improvement
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Professional certification through AHIMA, AAPC, NAHRI, or as a Pharmacy Technician
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in a hospital or healthcare setting focused on revenue cycle processes
- Extensive knowledge of coding, charge integrity, and compliance regulations
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with Cerner preferred
