Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and align Sales and Marketing Operations to achieve shared revenue goals
- Establish and monitor key revenue performance metrics for accurate forecasting
- Develop and implement processes to optimize the revenue cycle from lead generation to deal closure
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in Revenue Operations or Sales Operations in a tech company
- Deep understanding of sales and marketing processes with a proven track record of improvements
- Experience managing incentive programs and GTM performance metrics
- Strong proficiency in Salesforce and Hubspot
- Experience managing cross-functional teams to achieve strategic goals
