Key Responsibilities

• Designs and improves sales processes for partner acquisition and expansion
• Manages CRM systems and ensures data integrity and usability for the sales team
• Develops reporting and dashboards to track sales performance and revenue metrics

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and work experience
• 5-8 years of experience in revenue operations or related roles, preferably in fintech or SaaS
• Deep experience with CRM platforms and sales tools
• Proven ability to create sales enablement materials and training programs
• Strong analytical skills with experience in data interpretation and reporting
