- Train and support Sales team members on HubSpot best practices and workflows
- Maintain data cleanliness and structure within the HubSpot CRM
- Create reports and dashboards to help sales leaders understand performance and pipeline health
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, or HubSpot CRM management
- High proficiency in HubSpot Sales Hub, including workflows and reporting
- Detail-oriented and process-driven mindset
- Proven project-management skills
- Experience in a franchised or distributed sales organization is a plus
