Key Responsibilities
- Build and lead the sales team, mentoring and managing high-performing AEs, SDRs, and Sales Ops
- Own sales strategy by setting targets and developing tailored sales playbooks for various industries
- Drive new business growth by personally closing high-value deals and collaborating cross-functionally
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of B2B sales experience in a high-growth digital agency or AdTech environment
- Proven success in scaling revenue functions from $10M+ to $50M+
- Demonstrated ability to build, lead, and retain top-performing sales teams
- Experience selling creative, paid media, or performance marketing services
- Familiarity with regulated industries such as Finance, Healthcare, and Insurance is a plus
