- Design, implement, and improve compensation programs to attract and retain high-performing associates
- Identify compensation trends and recommend strategic action plans to support the company's Pay for Performance Philosophy
- Collaborate with management and HR teams on the design and implementation of key compensation programs
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting, human resources management, or equivalent work experience
- Eight years of experience in a progressive business environment, including five years in compensation analysis
- Three years of experience working with compensation plans for sales roles
