Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sales Director, Bay Area (Strategic).
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit, develop, and lead a team of 5-7 Strategic Sales Representatives
- Develop a business plan to exceed sales goals and manage the sales ecosystem from lead generation to closing
- Collaborate with the leadership team to develop the go-to-market strategy
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience leading Strategic sales teams
- Proven track record of annual overachievement in sales
- Experience in selling through security channel partners and navigating complex sales cycles
- Background in SAAS sales, particularly in cloud, logs, metrics, IT operations, and security
- Experience with large enterprise sales and familiarity with MEDDIC
