Required Qualifications
- 10-15 years of direct sales experience in enterprise-level SaaS sales, with at least 8 years in a sales enablement or coaching role
- Experience using sales intelligence tools to drive coaching
- Ability to analyze sales performance data and develop actionable coaching strategies
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth SaaS environment
- Proven track record of engaging and influencing diverse audiences
