Key Responsibilities
- Lead process improvements in sales support functions to enhance efficiency and reduce bottlenecks
- Manage a team responsible for quoting, proposal development, and RFP processing
- Track key proposal performance metrics and provide data-driven insights to senior leadership
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma OR GED
- 6+ years of experience in sales operations, inside sales, or proposal management
- 2+ years of people management experience
- Strong understanding of sales process optimization and CRM tools
- Experience in B2B industries such as HVAC or industrial equipment
