A company is looking for a Director, Call Center Sales Delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of Sales Delivery Portfolio Managers to drive performance and growth
- Design and implement strategic initiatives to enhance sales growth and compliance in Medicare sales
- Foster a high-performing team culture and manage the execution of campaigns to meet client satisfaction
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field, or 4 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree
- 8+ years of experience managing a large inside-sales function (200+ team members)
- 5+ years of experience in Medicare/Marketplace sales or operations
- In-depth knowledge of healthcare industry compliance regulations, particularly in Medicare and Marketplace
- Experience with telephony solutions and proficiency in Microsoft Office products
