Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sales Enablement Program Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate the Academy Live Program, delivering at least 10 enablement sessions per quarter
- Review training session requests and evaluate topics for inclusion in Academy Live, ensuring alignment with executive priorities
- Create and distribute summary reports after each session detailing attendance, feedback, and areas for improvement
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in program management for GTM or Sales Enablement
- Proven experience in program management or a similar role, preferably in sales enablement or training
- Strong stakeholder management experience across diverse teams and levels
- Ability to analyze and report on training effectiveness using data
- Familiarity with collaborative tools, such as Asana and Google Suite
