Are you highly goal driven, and passionate about sales and driving success? We're looking for a Bilingual Inside Sales Agent to support our client. In this role, you will be responsible for handling and qualifying inbound leads, scheduling discovery calls, and maintaining the lead tracker. If you have strong organizational and sales skills, and proficiency in tools like Asana and etc., we'd love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Handling & Qualification:
- Manage inbound lead responses from landing pages and social media
- Qualify leads into Tier 1, 2, or 3 based on interest, budget, and company profile
- Assign or endorse qualified leads to the appropriate sales channel
- Hand off HOT leads that need additional conversation to a Team member/Agent whenever possible.
- Appointment Setting:
- Schedule discovery calls and follow-ups with qualified leads
- Coordinate sales calendar with Eric and other team members
- CRM Management:
- Maintain lead tracker (currently in spreadsheet) with proper tagging and funnel stage
- Potential future migration into a CRM or automated funnel system
- Social Media & Content Deployment:
- Post marketing content on social platforms.
- Support with engagement follow-up (liking/responding, inbound interest tracking)
- Willingness to do voice tasks
- Proficient oral and written communication skills in both English and Spanish
- Strong lead qualification and appointment-setting skills
- Experience with scheduling tools and calendar coordination
- Familiarity with CRMs, lead tracking, and sales funnel stages
- Basic social media management and engagement skills
- Clear communication and follow-up skills
- Tech-savvy, organized, and quick to learn new tools and systems.
