Key Responsibilities
- Act as a technical trusted advisor, providing consultative support for organizations evaluating the platform
- Deliver tailored product demonstrations and assist prospects with setup and configuration of free trials
- Support sales teams with product-related questions and identify common technical issues for product development
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in a technical Sales Engineering or similar role
- Strong knowledge of Cloud/SaaS technologies and Active Directory environments
- Understanding of network architecture and industry-standard authentication protocols (e.g., SAML, OIDC/OAuth)
- Experience configuring and deploying identity and/or directory solutions
- Familiarity with MFA technologies and both direct and channel/partner sales cycles
