Key Responsibilities
- Deliver tailored technical presentations and lead technical discovery for enterprise clients
- Mentor and coach a team of Solution Engineers, promoting professional development and performance consistency
- Support onboarding and serve as a trusted technical advisor throughout the enterprise sales lifecycle
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years in a Solution Engineering, Pre-Sales, or Solution Consulting role within a B2B SaaS company
- 1-3 years in a team lead or management role within a sales engineering or technical pre-sales team
- Deep understanding of Linux, Mac, and Windows environments, including command-line usage
- Expertise with hybrid cloud environments and enterprise network architectures
- Proficient with technical documentation and diagramming tools
