Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the strategic insights partner to senior leadership, translating customer signals into strategic decisions
- Define and socialize an insights roadmap to influence marketing and sales strategies
- Lead foundational studies and manage global brand health and creative-testing programs
Required Qualifications
- 12+ years in B2B sales or marketing insights, with 5+ years leading high-impact teams
- Proven record of influencing brand positioning and product launches through data-driven storytelling
- Expertise in quantitative and qualitative research methods and survey design
- Experience with AI tools for research automation and insight acceleration
- Experience with global/international research is a plus
