Job Summary
A company is looking for an Onboarding Manager to enhance the onboarding experience for new sales hires.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the main point of contact for all sales new hires during their onboarding journey
- Own the end-to-end Sales Onboarding program from Day 1 welcome to full ramp-up
- Partner with the Sales Enablement Manager to deliver engaging training content and coordinate sessions
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in onboarding, enablement, sales operations, or HR coordination, preferably in B2B SaaS or cybersecurity
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple onboarding cohorts effectively
- Creative and energetic with a talent for engaging new hires
- Familiarity with enablement tools and basic CRM systems
- A collaborative individual who values support and positivity in the workplace
