Key Responsibilities
- Create reports, dashboards, and analytics to track key performance indicators across various departments
- Support day-to-day inquiries from the sales team, resolving issues efficiently
- Drive process optimization and automation initiatives to enhance the efficiency of the deal cycle
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in strategy, operations, or project/program management in a SaaS or Financial Planning & Analytics role
- Strong quantitative capabilities and a passion for analytics
- Experience with the Salesforce platform and Salesforce reporting
- High proficiency in Excel
- Ability to successfully complete a criminal background investigation
