Key Responsibilities
- Define, develop, and maintain sales KPIs and metrics, creating comprehensive reports and dashboards in Salesforce
- Manage the cadence of field sales team activities and produce key metrics reports with actionable insights
- Oversee the deal registration process, partner relationships, and optimize Salesforce organization and structure
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field
- 7+ years in Sales Operations, with 5+ years in a channel go-to-market recurring revenue model
- Expert-level proficiency with Salesforce CRM, including advanced reporting and dashboard creation
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel for data analysis and insights
- Experience with channel partners and familiarity with the cybersecurity industry is required
