A company is looking for a Sales Operations Manager (GTM Strategy and Ops).
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Sales leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to develop go-to-market strategies and performance metrics
- Create and manage operational processes for territory planning and target setting
- Provide business analytics and insights to support sales leadership decision-making
Required Qualifications
- 4-7 years of experience in Sales Operations, Sales Strategy, Management Consulting, or GTM-Focused VC
- Minimum of 5 years total experience
- Familiarity with SQL
- Senior stakeholder management experience is critical
- Program management competency is a bonus
