Key Responsibilities
- Provide business solutions to organizational initiatives and manage sales system configurations and implementations
- Establish project scope, plans, and timelines while coordinating interdepartmental impacts and testing sales solutions
- Create Business Requirement documentation and test plans while managing configuration and testing projects
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in operations, IT, or a related area (required)
- 1-3 years of CRM experience and a minimum of 2 years in technical implementations
- 3-5 years of experience in data mining, analysis, and reporting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with SQL Server
- Salesforce System Admin Certification preferred, to be obtained within one year of hire
