Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Process Automation Engineer, Salesforce to lead the scaling and operationalization of go-to-market systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of Salesforce-based business processes across various functions
• Own Salesforce Flow automation and configuration, ensuring alignment with business strategy
• Collaborate with RevOps and senior executives to shape the GTM systems roadmap and improve process efficiency

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience configuring Salesforce and building process automations
• Strong knowledge of GTM systems and processes, including lead management and forecasting
• Proficiency in Salesforce Flow and Apex, with familiarity in full-stack development practices
• Salesforce Administrator Certification required
• Experience building GTM reporting and dashboards in Salesforce
