Salesforce Business Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Salesforce Business Analyst who will serve as a liaison between customers and subject matter experts to analyze and validate business processes and requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate meetings and discussions with government stakeholders and contractor experts to achieve concrete results
• Create and update documentation for the agile system development life-cycle including user stories and functional specifications
• Analyze, design, implement, and support IT business applications in collaboration with customers and project leads

Required Qualifications

• 5 - 10 years of relevant experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role within a software development team
• Experience in improving business processes and efficiency in Salesforce
• Experience with Agile delivery programs and contributing to Scrum teams
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related scientific/technical discipline or equivalent experience
• Applicable professional certifications such as Business Analyst, Product Owner, or Scrum
