Salesforce DevOps Engineering Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Engineering Manager - Salesforce platform and DevOps.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Salesforce platform governance, strategy, and operational excellence
• Architect and implement CI/CD pipelines and manage release processes
• Drive platform optimization, performance monitoring, and security compliance

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in information systems, Computer Science, or a related field
• 7+ years of Salesforce platform experience with at least 3+ years in DevOps or Release Management
• Strong expertise in Salesforce ecosystem and hands-on experience with DevOps tools
• Proven experience with Salesforce Shield and enterprise-grade backup frameworks
• Salesforce certifications preferred: Advanced Admin, Platform App Builder, DevOps Specialist
