Job Summary
A company is looking for a Solution Engineer to join their Solution Engineering Team in a pre-sales role.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather customer requirements and translate them into best-practice solutions
- Act as the primary technical contact on assigned opportunities and manage the opportunity pipeline
- Develop and present solutions based on business requirements, ensuring accurate scoping for implementation
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of working experience, with a minimum of 2+ years in a technical role supporting B2B IT or IT consulting sales
- Professional qualification or a degree in a technical discipline
- 2+ years of experience in ISP/Data Center/Managed Services or related industries providing technical sales support
- Familiarity with system administration on Linux and Windows, and knowledge of virtualization technologies
- Industry certifications such as Linux+, RHCSA, RHCE, MCSE, or CCNA are desirable
