Key Responsibilities

• Lead solution and technical architecture design for Service Cloud, OmniStudio, and Experience Cloud
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to define and deliver scalable solutions
• Design integrations, data flows, and customizations using Apex, Visualforce, and SOQL/SOSL

Required Qualifications

• Salesforce Certified Technical Architect or Certified System Architect
• 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience
• Strong experience with Apex, Lightning, APIs (REST/SOAP), and OmniStudio
