Senior Regulatory Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Regulatory Engineer to lead regulatory compliance efforts for their products.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead product compliance planning and execution for new product development and sustaining engineering projects
• Manage the end-to-end agency certification process, including documentation and testing coordination
• Serve as the internal subject matter expert for regulatory requirements and support cross-functional design reviews

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering
• Minimum of 10 years of related industry experience, with at least 5 years in product safety and/or risk analysis compliance
• Deep understanding of certification requirements and processes, preferably in buildings & HVAC applications
• Proven ability to manage product compliance from concept through launch
• Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams
